How a fare is built
- Base fare Covers the vehicle, the driver and the first 15 miles of the journey.
- Distance Beyond 15 miles, a fixed rate per mile for the class you chose. Shown as its own line.
- Airport pickup At Heathrow and Gatwick, £15 covers parking and meeting you inside. Shown before you book, never added after.
- Congestion Charge Only when a journey enters the central London zone during charging hours. Shown as its own line.
- Your extras Child seats and extra stops, only if you choose them.
